Job summary
Unitop Aquacare is seeking a skilled Instrumentation Engineer to lead datasheet preparation, panel selection, PLC programming, and FAT inspections. This role involves coordinating with Projects and Purchase teams for instrument procurement and providing online site support for troubleshooting and commissioning.
The candidate should have 2–3 years of experience in E&I engineering and industrial automation, with hands-on PLC-based system exposure and readiness for on-site assignments in Mumbai.
Qualifications
- BE in Instrumentation is required.
- 2–3 years of experience in E&I engineering, PLC-based systems, and industrial automation.
Responsibilities
- Prepare datasheets, select and negotiate instrumentation and PLC panels.
- Create PLC programs and SLDs for panels; define control philosophy.
- Perform FAT/inspection of manufactured panels and instruments.
- Coordinate scheduling, planning, and technical negotiations with Projects and Purchase teams for instrument procurement.
- Provide online site support for troubleshooting and commissioning.
- Engage with clients for handover discussions of PLC panels.
- Assist projects with layout of cable trays, conduits, and junction boxes.
