Job summary

SLPP Renew invites applications for an Operations Manager to lead the O&M team across biogas plants in PAN India. The role focuses on safe, reliable plant performance, preventive maintenance, and process optimization.

The ideal candidate holds BE/BTech or Diploma in Mechanical/Chemical, with 2–3 years of relevant experience and strong leadership skills. You will report to the O&M head and coordinate with clients and site teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience.
• Qualification in Mechanical or Chemical engineering or Diploma.
• Experience in biogas/plant operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation and maintenance across biogas plants.
• Develop preventive maintenance schedules and SOPs.
• Monitor KPIs and plant performance.
• Coordinate with site teams for troubleshooting and optimization.
• Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts, and inventory.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Coordinate with clients and management.
• Lead commissioning and stabilization activities.
• Prepare MIS reports and operational analyses.
• Train and guide O&M personnel.
