Job summary

SVKM Central Office in Mumbai seeks an Electrical Engineer with a BE in Electrical and 4–8 years of construction experience, including Electrical and IBMS services. You will assist in reviews, coordinate with MEP consultants, and oversee campus-wide electrical activities including procurement and site visits.

With exposure to PMC or Facility Management, you will collaborate across campuses to ensure timely delivery of electrical works and adherence to project specifications and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Review Designs/Tenders/BOQs related to Electrical work submitted by MEP Consultant.
• Coordinate with MEP Consultant for Tenders/BOQs and issue Quotations to Vendors.
• Coordinate Electrical activities across all Campuses and procure electrical materials.
• Review RCP Layout submitted by MEP Consultant and Interior Designer.
• Review AMC conditions for electrical work across all Campuses.
• Visit sites when required and submit Visit Reports.

• Worked with reputed Project Management Consultant (PMC) or the Facility Management with at least 3 years to understand the Project Operations.

Job Description

• Assisting PIMO in reviewing Designs/Tenders/BOQs related to Electrical work (submitted by MEP Consultant).
• Co-ordination with MEP Consultant for Tenders/BOQs, Issuing the Quotations to the Vendors and co-ordination with Quantity Surveyor for further negotiations.
• Assisting PIMO in Planning and Co-ordination of Electrical related activities across all the Campuses.
• Guiding and co-ordinating Electrical related material procurement across all the Campuses.
• Reviewing the RCP Layout submitted by MEP Consultant and Interior Designer.
• Reviewing the AMC conditions for electrical related work across all the Campuses.
• Whenever required, visiting the Sites and submission of Visit Report.
• Any other duties / assignments given from time to time by the Management.
