Job summary

Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Electrical Engineer with experience in project execution and site coordination for electrical works. The candidate should have hands-on experience in handling HT/LT systems, transformers, cable laying, lighting, earthing, and related electrical installations.

Responsibilities

Site Execution: Supervise installation of electrical systems including HT/LT panels, transformers, cable laying, cable trays, lighting systems, earthing, and grounding. Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, BOQ, and project specifications. Monitor daily site activities and ensure project timelines are met.
Project Coordination: Coordinate with MEP teams to ensure smooth execution of electrical works. Attend project meetings and provide progress updates to the project manager. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and subcontractors.
Testing & Commissioning: Supervise testing and commissioning of electrical systems including panels, transformers, cables, and protection systems. Ensure all installations comply with IS standards and electrical safety regulations.
Quality Control: Ensure proper installation as per approved shop drawings and quality standards. Conduct inspections and maintain QA/QC documentation.
Material & Documentation: Prepare material requisitions and track material usage. Verify delivered materials with specifications and BOQ. Maintain daily progress reports and site documentation.
Safety Compliance: Ensure implementation of electrical safety procedures and site safety guidelines. Identify risks and ensure safe working practices at site.
