Job summary

ApplyMint is seeking an electrical/o&m field professional in Nashik district to perform preventive maintenance on solar modules and related equipment. You will replace defective components and monitor system performance using SCADA or remote platforms.

The role requires 1–2 years of field O&M experience and hands-on work with multiple string inverter brands. You will handle fault analysis, RS485/Ethernet communications, and firmware updates across inverter types.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of field experience in O&M
• Hands-on experience with various string inverter brands (Sungrow, Solis, Growatt, SolarEdge, Polycab)

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance of solar modules, inverters, ACDBs, DCDBs, SCBs, LT/HT panels, AJBs.
• Replace defective modules, fuses, connectors, breakers and damaged cables.
• Monitor system performance via SCADA or remote platforms.
• Fault analysis, communication setup (RS485/Ethernet), firmware updates across multiple inverter types.
• Ensure timely submission of daily, weekly and monthly reports.
