Job summary

WRS Energy Solutions Llp is seeking a maintenance-focused professional to handle preventive and corrective maintenance of solar systems, including panels and electrical equipment. The role involves monitoring performance via SCADA or remote platforms and replacing faulty components to keep systems running efficiently.

The candidate should have strong electrical foundations, hands-on inverter experience across major brands, and the ability to liaise with OEMs for warranty replacements.

Qualifications

• Must have electrical background and experience.
• Experience with multiple string inverter brands (e.g. Sungrow, Growatt, Solis, SolarEdge, ABB, Polycab).
• Able to interpret error codes, replace inverter components, and liaise with OEMs for warranty replacements.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on solar panels, inverters, ACDBs, DCDBs, LT/HT panels.
• Monitor system performance via SCADA or remote platforms.
• Replace defective modules, fuses, connectors, breakers and damaged cables.
