• Diploma or BE/BTech in Electrical Engineering with relevant site experience.
• Hands-on maintenance experience in electrical systems, HT motors, switchgear and power transformers.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance, breakdown troubleshooting and equipment reliability.
• Strong understanding of electrical safety procedures and maintenance documentation.
• Good communication, problem-solving and team coordination.

Responsibilities

• Execute PM, breakdown maintenance, and CBM.
• Maintain and troubleshoot 33 kV/6.6 kV switchgear, power transformers, and HT motors.
• Perform equipment isolation and energization per safety procedures.
• Conduct RCA and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure PTW, LOTO, PPE and SOP compliance.
• Coordinate with operations for maintenance and power restoration during blackouts.
• Monitor substation activities and electrical safety guidelines.
• Maintain shift reports, equipment history and maintenance records.
• Identify Kaizen initiatives to improve reliability and efficiency.
• Ensure optimum utilization of manpower and maintenance resources.

Job Summary

• Execute preventive maintenance (PM), breakdown maintenance, and condition-based monitoring (CBM).

• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions.

Candidate Profile

• Knowledge of preventive maintenance, breakdown troubleshooting, and equipment reliability.
• Strong understanding of electrical safety procedures and maintenance documentation.
• Good communication, problem-solving, and team coordination skills.
• Experience in Aluminium, Alumina Refinery, Steel, or other process industries will be preferred.
