Job summary

Corelink Cables Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to lead preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance for cable manufacturing equipment.

You will troubleshoot electro-mechanical systems, including extrusion-related machinery, VFD panels, drives, PLCs and HMIs, and coordinate with production and quality teams. The role requires a Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics/Engineering, strong analytical skills, and hands-on experience with VFD, PLC, HMI and related

Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Electrical / Electronics / Engineering (or related field).
• Proficiency in cable construction machinery (Extrusion, RBD, wire drawing, bunchers, coiling).
• Proficiency in electrical calculations and VFD panel/tools (Drive, SSR, HMI, PLC, Drive program and tuning).
• Understanding of spare parts used in PPM/Breakdown and project.
• Strong analytical, technical documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functionally with production and quality.

Responsibilities

• Preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance of electro-mechanical equipment for cable manufacturing.
• Respond to technical queries from Technicians and production with the team.
• Maintain and update TPM/maintenance related documentation.
• Evaluate and review daily breakdowns and coordinate with the team to reduce downtime.

Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Preventive, Predictive and breakdown Maintenance of Electro-mechnical Troubleshooting for Cable mfg.

machinery..

• Knowledge of VFD Panel for Extrusion, RBD, Wire Drawing, Buncher & Coiling Machines.
• Perform electrical and mechanical calculations resistance, voltage drop, short-circuit rating, current carrying

capacity, bending radius, etc.

• Knowledge of Utility Equipment such as Transformer, DG, UPS, Cooling tower, Chiller, Compressor & Mono block

pump etc.

• Hands on experience with VFD,PLC,AC Motors, servo motor/drives HMI etc.
• Respond to technical queries from Technician and production with team.
• Maintain and update the technical maintenance/TPM related documentation.
• Evaluate and review of daily breakdown and coordination with the team for reduce downtime performance or

compliance.

Key Deliverables

• Online daily breakdown handling and support to production
• Technical corrective action plan and close recurrence of daily breakdown.
• TPM/PM maintenance related documentation.
• Daily Review and improvement for reduce down time on machine shop floor.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Electrical / Electronics / Engineering (or related field).
• Sound knowledge of cable construction machinery (Extrusion, RBD, wire drawing, bunchers, coiling etc.)

Experience

4-6 years of experience in cable manufacturing industry(experience range may vary by level Junior/Senior/ Engineer).
