Job summary

Gopalan Commercials is seeking a proactive Planning Engineer to support project planning, scheduling, and monitoring activities in our Bangalore-based projects. The candidate will assist in preparing project schedules, tracking progress, and ensuring timely execution of construction activities.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of experience, expertise in Primavera P6 and MS Project, and strong coordination with site engineers to prepare MIS reports and dashboards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project planning and scheduling for construction projects.
• Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Ability to compile MIS reports and dashboards for progress tracking.

Responsibilities

• Prepare project schedules and work programs.
• Monitor daily and weekly project progress.
• Assist in updating Primavera/MS Project schedules.
• Coordinate with site engineers for progress tracking.
• Prepare project MIS reports and dashboards.
• Track manpower, equipment, and material utilization.
• Support delay analysis and recovery planning.
• Maintain planning documentation and records.
• Assist project managers during review meetings.
• Ensure project milestones are monitored effectively.
