The candidate should have civil engineering qualifications and 5-7 years in construction, with proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project; strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech/ Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• 5-7 years of experience in construction, infrastructure, industrial, or .
• Strong understanding of planning, scheduling, and project controls.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Develop baseline schedules, work breakdown structures (WBS), and project milestones.
• Monitor project progress and compare actual progress against planned schedules.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Identify project delays and recommend corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Procurement, and Clients.
• Track manpower, machinery, and material requirements as per project schedules.
• Conduct delay analysis and prepare recovery plans.
• Monitor project productivity and resource utilization.
• Prepare look-ahead plans and forecast project completion dates.
• Support project billing by coordinating progress measurements.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, contract requirements, and company procedures.
