POTENTIAL PROJECT MANAGERS (P) LTD seeks a Planning Engineer with 6-8 years of civil project experience for Bangalore and PAN India locations. Hands-on with MS Project/Primavera and strong coordination with stakeholders are required.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of planning engineering experience in civil projects.
• Experience in WBS development and scheduling of project milestones.
• Hands-on with MS Project/Primavera for planning and tracking.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage baseline schedules and milestones.

Job Brief

Required planning engineer with 6-8 years of experience for Bangalore & PAN India location.

Job Description

• Development of WBS for all aspects for engineering in a project. Ability to understand sequencing of various engineering services in construction industry including process engineering
• Scheduling and sequencing of the entire project activities/ milestone baseline scheduling
• Monitoring of project activities and tracking the progress milestones
• Quantity take-off from the drawings and cost estimating the works
• Revision of schedules based on delays/decisions taken by the stakeholders, coordination with Project team to understand the actual delays btw the activities forming the particular milestone(s)

Additional knowledge - Experience of hands-on with MS project/Primavera to plan, track and control the project schedules.

Preferred skills: MS Office usage; Proactive coordination on project; Adept handling of issues btw Client/consultant/Contractors.
