Qualifications

• 1–4 years of relevant experience in Electrical Design or Control Panel Design.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and EPLAN for schematics and panels.
• Experience with BOM preparation and component sizing.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop electrical control panels, schematics, wiring diagrams, and panel layouts.
• Create, review, and modify electrical drawings using AutoCAD and EPLAN.
• Size and select components including MCBs, MCCBs, contactors, relays, PLCs, VFDs, and ensure proper cable sizing.
• Prepare accurate BOM and component specifications for electrical panels.
• Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Project, Application, and Engineering teams for manufacturing and project execution.
• Support production in troubleshooting wiring/design issues during manufacturing, testing, and commissioning.
• Ensure drawings and documentation adhere to electrical safety standards and quality norms.

The candidate will be responsible for developing electrical designs, control panel drawings, electrical schematics, and documentation as per project requirements and applicable standards.

The ideal candidate should have practical experience in Electrical Design / Control Panel Design and preferably have worked with Panel Manufacturing Companies, Automation Solution Providers, System Integrators, or OEMs.

Eligibility & Education Criteria

• B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Electrical & Electronics Engineering.


• 1-4 years of relevant experience in Electrical Design or Control Panel Design.

• Standards & Quality: Ensure all drawings and engineering documentation strictly adhere to applicable electrical safety standards, quality norms, and company guidelines.


• Strong understanding of electrical schematics, interlocking circuits, power circuits, and industrial automation components.


• Working knowledge of PLCs, VFDs, SMPS, protection devices, relays, and switchgear.
