Pima Controls Pvt Ltd. in Gujarat is seeking a technically proficient engineer to join our design team. You will design LT control panels (PCC, MCC, PLC, VFD, APFC), prepare GA drawings, layouts and wiring diagrams, and select components per project needs.

• Prepare GA drawings, panel layouts, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
• Perform component selection (MCB, MCCB, ACB, relays, PLC) based on project requirements.
• Ensure designs comply with IEC/IS/UL standards.
• Coordinate with production for panel assembly and troubleshooting.
• Support testing, FAT, and commissioning activities.
• Assist in cost estimation and technical proposals.

Role Description

• Design and develop electrical LT control panels such as PCC, MCC, PLC, VFD, and APFC panels
• Prepare GA drawings, panel layouts, wiring diagrams, and schematics
• Perform component selection (MCB, MCCB, ACB, relays, PLC, etc.) based on project requirements
• Ensure designs comply with IEC / IS / UL standards
• Optimize panel layout for space, wiring, heat dissipation, and safety
• Prepare manufacturing drawings and documentation
• Coordinate with the production team for panel assembly and troubleshooting
• Support testing, FAT, and commissioning activities
• Assist in cost estimation and technical proposals

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2-4 years of proven experience in design of LT panels
• Strong knowledge of LT panel design and manufacturing.
• Working experience in E-Plan software
