Job summary

Smartworks in Gurugram seeks a CAD drafter/designer to support electrical and building layout calculations and drafting tasks. You will size panels, transformers, DG and UPS, as well as cables, trays, and earthing, and prepare material track out. You will also draft layouts for lighting, power, raceways, earthing, and single-line diagrams.

The role requires strong CAD skills (2016–2021), MS Office proficiency, and a willingness to learn to boost productivity in a fast-paced project environment.

Qualifications

• Proficient in CAD software (2016, 2018, 2020, 2021).
• Strong knowledge of MS Office (latest version).
• Open to learn new things to improve productivity.

Responsibilities

• Load list, panel design, circuit breaker size, transformer size, DG size, UPS size, cable size, cable-tray & raceway size, earthing size, and material track out preparation.
• Perform calculations for fire alarm, public address, access control, CCTV, WLD, and rodent design per IS, NBC, and NFPA codes.
• Draft light layout, power layout, raceway layout, DB panel schedule, earthing layouts, single-line diagram, equipment room layout, fire alarm, CCTV and access layouts, WLD and rodent layouts.

Role & responsibilities

Calculation -

• 1) Load list, Panel design, Circuit breaker size, Transformer size, DG size, UPS size, Cable size, Cable-tray & Raceway size, Earthing size, building earthing, Preparation of material track out .
• 2) Fire alarm, Public address, Access control, CCTV, WLD. Rodent. Note-Candidate has the capability to perform calculation on above design requirement & familiar with the code (IS, NBC. NFPA).

Drafting -

• Light layout, Power layout, Raceway layout, DB panel schedule, Earthing layout, Building Earthing layout, Single line Diagram, Equipment room layout, Fire alarm layout, Public address layout, CCTV layout, Access layout, WLD & Rodent.

Requirements :

• Good knowledge of CAD software (2016,2018,2020, 2021).
• Good Knowledge of MS office of latest version.
• Open to learn new things which help to improve in productivity.
