Nirmaan is looking for an experienced Electrical Billing Engineer to manage and control billing, BOQs, measurements, and cost tracking for commercial electrical works. The role involves close coordination with site teams, contractors, and clients to ensure accurate and timely billing as per project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparation, verification, and submission of RA bills, final bills, and variation bills for electrical works
• Measurement of executed works at site and preparation of Measurement Sheets (MBs)
• Review and reconciliation of BOQs vs actual quantities executed
• Preparation and certification of sub-contractor bills
• Tracking extra items, deviations, and change orders with proper documentation
• Coordination with project, procurement, and finance teams for billing approvals
• Maintaining billing records, abstracts, and MIS reports
• Ensuring billing compliance with contract terms, specifications, and drawings
• Support audits and client billing queries when required

Qualification & Experience

• Diploma / BE / BTech in Electrical Engineering
• 2-3 years of experience in electrical billing for commercial construction projects
• Strong knowledge of BOQs, measurements, and rate analysis
• Experience handling billing for HT/LT works, lighting, power, ELV systems is preferred
• Proficiency in MS Excel (billing sheets, reconciliation, MIS)
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications
