Job summary

Talentryx Solution in Dadri, Uttar Pradesh, is seeking an Electrical and Maintenance Engineer to manage electrical maintenance, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and breakdowns across plant machinery.

You will work on motors, VFDs, PLCs, MCC/PCC panels, sensors, transformers, and electrical systems, reading wiring diagrams and ensuring safety and TPM compliance, with shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering required.
• Knowledge of industrial electrical maintenance and preventive maintenance.
• Experience with motors, VFDs, PLCs, MCC/PCC panels and electrical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Handle electrical maintenance, preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, and troubleshooting of plant machinery.
• Maintain and troubleshoot motors, control panels, MCC/PCC, VFD, PLC, sensors, transformers, DG sets and electrical systems.
• Diagnose electrical faults and ensure timely corrective action.
• Support installation, commissioning, modification and maintenance of electrical equipment.
• Maintain maintenance records, checklists, breakdown reports and spare-parts requirements.
• Follow electrical safety, PPE, 5S, TPM and preventive maintenance procedures.
• Coordinate with production, mechanical and external service teams for smooth plant operations.

• Conduct regular inspection and preventive maintenance to minimize machine downtime.
• Diagnose electrical faults and ensure timely corrective action.
• Support installation, commissioning, modification, and maintenance of electrical equipment.
• Maintain maintenance records, checklists, breakdown reports, and spare-parts requirements.
• Follow electrical safety, PPE, 5S, TPM, and preventive maintenance procedures.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Knowledge of industrial electrical maintenance, electrical troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
• Experience with motors, VFD, PLC, MCC/PCC panels, control circuits, sensors, transformers, and industrial equipment preferred.
• Ability to read electrical drawings and wiring diagrams.
• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Freshers and experienced candidates may be considered, depending on the position.
