Job summary

Lead Hr Services is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Engineer PLC to handle maintenance and troubleshooting of industrial machinery and automation systems. The role requires hands-on PLC programming with Mitsubishi and/or Omron PLCs, and strong knowledge of electrical control panels, sensors, motors, and VFDs.

You will read wiring diagrams, perform preventive and breakdown maintenance, and document actions. Experience in manufacturing or automation is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech Electrical / EEE / ECE / related discipline
• Strong hands-on experience in PLC Programming + Mitsubishi/Omron PLC + Electrical Maintenance Troubleshooting

Responsibilities

• Handle electrical maintenance and troubleshooting of industrial machinery and production equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve PLC, electrical control panel, sensor, motor, VFD and automation-related breakdowns.
• Perform PLC programming, modification, monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Troubleshoot Mitsubishi and Omron PLC systems and identify PLC-related faults.
• Read and understand electrical wiring diagrams, control circuits and PLC I/O diagrams.
• Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance to minimize machine downtime.
• Troubleshoot AC/DC motors, contactors, relays, sensors, VFDs and control circuits.
• Support automation-related maintenance and machine improvement activities.
• Maintain proper documentation of breakdowns, preventive maintenance and corrective actions.
• Follow electrical safety procedures and maintenance standards.
