Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in electrical maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Experience with industrial electrical systems and equipment.
• Knowledge of preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Carry out preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of electrical equipment.
• Troubleshoot faults in motors, MCC/PCC panels, transformers, and VFDs.
• Plan preventive maintenance schedules to minimize machine downtime.
• Attend electrical breakdowns and restore equipment safely.
• Maintain electrical panels, cables, sensors, relays, breakers, and control circuits.
• Monitor voltage, current, power factor, and load.
• Coordinate with production and other departments for maintenance activities.
• Maintain records of breakdowns, preventive maintenance, spare parts, and maintenance history.
• Identify recurring failures and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Ensure proper maintenance of electrical safety systems and compliance with safety procedures.
• Supervise technicians and contractors during maintenance and installation activities.
• Support installation, commissioning, modification, and improvement of electrical equipment.
• Maintain adequate inventory of electrical spare parts and consumables.
• Follow 5S, safety, TPM, and other maintenance practices.
