Responsibilities and Duties:

• Call and counsel students regarding their education queries.
• Share information about colleges, exams, and application processes.
• Make follow-up calls and ensure regular engagement with leads.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM.
• Understand student interests and recommend suitable courses or colleges.
• Meet daily and monthly call and conversion targets.

Desired Skills:

• Good communication skills in Bengali, English, and Hindi.
• Confident, convincing, and motivated to meet targets.
• Ability to manage multiple conversations and follow-ups.
• Prior experience in sales, telecalling, or education counselling preferred.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have a working phone and laptop.
• Should be able to make 150+ calls daily.
• Working hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
• Salary: Rs.10,000/month + uncapped incentives (Rs.10,000-Rs.12,000 per month depending on target achievement).
