Job summary

2COMS Consulting Pvt. Ltd. in Salt Lake, Kolkata, is hiring Academic Counselors to join our team. We seek enthusiastic, target-oriented candidates confident in communicating with students and candidates for tele calling, counseling, inside sales, and lead conversion. Freshers are welcome; 6 months or more in outbound telecalling or related fields will be preferred.

You will handle inbound/outbound calls, guide applicants, follow up via calls and WhatsApp, and help convert leads into admissions.

Qualifications

• Freshers or candidates with 6 months experience in outbound tele calling will be preferred.
• Experience in target-based calling, sales, or inside sales is an advantage.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident in speaking with students and parents over the phone.
• Comfortable working with follow-ups and conversion targets.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Candidates from Tele calling, Inside Sales, Education Counseling, Customer Support, BPO, or Sales backgrounds can apply.
