SHIFT HOURS: Monday to Saturday 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

DESIGNATION: Sales Associate ( Fresher - 3 Years of Work Experience)

SALARY: Rs. 27,000/Month – Rs. 35,000/Month Fixed + Incentives (Salary can vary based on experience, interview, and last in hand withdrawn.)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Connecting to people who are already working and helping them choose programs that can enhance their careers.
• Calling people from a list and convincing them to join our programs.
• Telling professionals about our management courses that match their needs.
• Keeping in touch with candidates by follow-up calls, sending them emails, and connecting them.
• Keeping track of all the people interested in our programs.
• Making sure to reach the monthly targets set for sales.
• Following the steps before and after making a sale.
• Working well with the team to sell more.
