Role Overview

Own and scale growth across email, digital, events, and new initiatives using AI. This role goes beyond campaigns—it's about building intelligent systems that drive pipeline and revenue.

What You’ll Do

• Design AI-powered EDM and lifecycle journeys (drip, nurture, re‑engagement)
• Leverage Zoho Campaigns + CRM for automation and personalization
• Run A/B and multi‑variant testing for continuous optimization
• Segment audiences using behavioral, firmographic, and engagement data

Growth Expansion (Events, Digital, New Initiatives)

• Plan and execute event‑led growth (webinars, roundtables, field events)
• Drive digital campaigns across paid, organic, and inbound channels
• Experiment with new growth levers (AI tools, outbound automation, GTM experiments)
• Collaborate with SDR/ABM teams for pipeline acceleration

Performance & Metrics

• Own metrics: Open Rate, CTR, Conversion, Pipeline Contribution
