Job summary

The Indus Valley is seeking a Senior E-commerce Associate to drive marketplace operations, sales performance, and growth across online channels from Perungudi, Chennai.

You will manage day-to-day operations on Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and other marketplaces, with a focus on improving sales, listings, pricing, and campaigns. 3-5 years of marketplace experience is expected, along with strong Excel skills and cross-functional collaboration capabilities.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce/marketplace management.
• Strong hands-on experience with Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, or similar platforms.
• Good understanding of marketplace analytics, sales metrics, inventory, and promotions.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in D2C, consumer products, home & kitchen, or FMCG will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and other marketplaces.
• Monitor and improve sales, revenue, conversion, traffic, and product performance.
• Manage product listings, pricing, inventory, promotions, and catalog accuracy.
• Plan and execute marketplace campaigns, deals, offers, and promotions.
• Analyse sales and marketplace data to identify growth opportunities.
• Monitor competitors, pricing, product visibility, and market trends.
• Coordinate with marketing, warehouse, logistics, finance, and customer support teams.
• Track orders, returns, cancellations, inventory, and marketplace issues.
• Prepare regular MIS and performance reports for management.
• Identify operational gaps and implement improvements to increase marketplace efficiency and profitability.
