Job summary

Macmillan Publishers India Pvt Ltd. invites an experienced E-learning Developer for a contractual 6‑month engagement in India. The role requires 1–4 years of hands-on experience in building interactive digital learning content using Articulate Rise and Storyline.

You will collaborate with instructional designers, SMEs, and content teams to transform material into engaging modules, ensure visual appeal and cross‑device usability, and perform quality checks. Immediate joiners preferred.

We are looking for a skilled E-learning Developer (Contractual 6 months) with minimum 1 to 4 years of experience in creating interactive digital learning content. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Articulate tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop interactive e-learning modules using Articulate Rise and other Articulate 360 tools (Storyline, etc.)
• Collaborate with instructional designers, SMEs, and content teams to transform content into engaging learning experiences
• Ensure courses are visually appealing, user-friendly, and aligned with project requirements
• Perform quality checks and testing of modules across devices and platforms
• Update and maintain existing e-learning courses as needed

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1 -4 years of experience in e-learning development or Instructional Design with hands-on experience in Articulate tools (Rise/Storyline)
• Proficiency in Articulate Rise and other Articulate 360 tools
• Basic understanding of instructional design principles
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage timelines and work in a fast-paced environment

Good to Have

• Experience in animation (2D/motion graphics) is a plus
• Familiarity with tools like Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, or similar
