Qualifications

Job Description: Senior Instructional Designer

We are looking for a creative, experienced, and detail-oriented Senior Instructional Designer to lead the design and development of engaging, learner-centric digital learning solutions. The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of overall experience, including at least 3 years of team leadership or managerial experience, with strong expertise in instructional design methodologies, e-learning development, storyboarding, content development, multimedia learning, and e-learning authoring tools.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design models, assessment development, and learning experience design, along with the ability to create visually appealing and engaging digital learning content. Experience with Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, and Adobe Suite is preferred.

Candidates should have a proven track record of managing multiple learning projects, meeting project timelines, maintaining content quality, and developing effective learning solutions aligned with business and learner requirements.
