Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience in Content Development within the e-learning industry.
• Strong hands-on experience with rapid development tools (Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate).
• Familiarity with LMS platforms (Moodle, Blackboard, Canvas) and basic web tech.

Responsibilities

• Develop interactive eLearning courses, assessments, and simulations using rapid development tools.

The role involves converting instructional content, storyboards, and source materials into interactive, learner-centric eLearning modules using tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and related rapid development tools.

6-8 years of experience in Content Development, with a significant focus on the e-learning industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop interactive eLearning courses, assessments, and simulations using rapid development tools like Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and related rapid development tools.
• Translate storyboards, scripts, and design documents into functional, high-quality learning modules.
• Apply instructional design principles to ensure content is engaging, effective, and learner-friendly.
• Collaborate with instructional designers, graphic designers, media teams, and SMEs.
• Incorporate feedback efficiently and manage multiple deliverables within defined timelines.
• Strong hands-on experience in using rapid development tools like Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and related rapid development tools.
• Understanding of LMS integration, publishing standards, and course packaging.
• Ability to follow storyboards, branding, and accessibility guidelines.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• Proven knowledge of various Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Moodle, Blackboard, Canvas, etc.
• In addition, working knowledge of HTML5, CSS, and basic JavaScript for customization and troubleshooting would be a plus.
