Qualifications

• 5-6 years of relevant experience in Instructional Design, eLearning Development, or Learning & Development.
• Experience analyzing content, designing learning experiences, and developing interactive courses.
• Proficiency with Articulate Storyline 360 and Rise 360 is required.
• Strong communication and collaboration with SMEs and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze content, learner needs, and training requirements.
• Define learning objectives and instructional strategies.
• Create storyboards, scripts, assessments, scenarios, and knowledge checks.
• Develop PowerPoint storyboards and visually engaging layouts.
• Develop interactive eLearning courses using Articulate Storyline 360 and Rise 360.
• Incorporate client and SME feedback effectively.
• Perform quality checks and ensure timely project delivery.
• Independently manage projects from start to finish.
