Job summary

Access Healthcare is seeking an Digital Learning & Learning Experience Specialist (Instructional Designer) in Chennai to design and deliver innovative e-learning solutions. You will create storyboards, scripts, and engaging content while transforming SME material into learner-centric experiences, and you will manage LMS deployments and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• 3+ years of experience in Instructional Design, Digital Learning, E-learning, or L&D.
• Hands-on experience with Articulate Storyline/Rise and SCORM.
• Experience with Moodle or similar LMS platforms.
• Strong content development, visual design, and storytelling skills.
• Good knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and other digital content creation tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage LMS course creation, configuration, deployment, and learner tracking
• Handle SCORM publishing, completion tracking, assessments, and LMS troubleshooting
• Generate LMS reports and ensure governance and quality checks
• Partner with SMEs, business stakeholders, IT, and L&D teams to deliver learning projects
• Manage multiple projects, timelines, reviews, and stakeholder signoffs
