Qualifications

About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Instructional Designer to design and develop engaging, effective, and learner-centered training content. This role requires expertise in instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and eLearning tools to create digital learning solutions such as modules, videos, assessments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze training needs and target audience characteristics.
• Design instructional materials aligned with learning objectives.
• Create scripts, storyboards, and visual aids for video and multimedia-based content.
• Design assessments to evaluate learning outcomes and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), graphic designers, and developers.
• Review and revise learning content based on stakeholder feedback.
• Ensure content is accessible, inclusive, and aligned with branding and compliance standards.
• Develop eLearning courses using tools like Articulate Storyline, Rise, Adobe Captivate, or similar will be added advantage

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an instructional designer or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in eLearning development tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Rise, Captivate, Camtasia) will be an added advantage
• Strong knowledge of instructional design models.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS power point and word.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field.
• Experience designing content for corporate training, academic institutions, or nonprofits.
