Job summary

Mindtel is seeking an eLearning Developer to design and deliver interactive courses using Articulate Storyline 360, aligned to instructional briefs and global accessibility standards. The role emphasizes mobile-responsive design with gamified elements and SCORM/xAPI integration for LMS tracking.

You will collaborate with ID teams to wireframe, prototype, and iterate learning journeys, while optimizing load speed and cross-device compatibility.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Articulate Storyline 360 and SCORM/xAPI.
• Experience designing mobile-responsive eLearning with gamified elements.
• Familiar with WCAG accessibility standards and cross-device delivery.
• Experience collaborating with instructional design teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop interactive eLearning modules using Articulate Storyline 360, ensuring alignment with instructional design briefs and brand guidelines.
• Translate complex subject matter into intuitive, visually engaging, mobile-responsive learning experiences with gamified elements and branching scenarios.
• Integrate multimedia assets (audio, video, animations) and LMS-friendly formats (SCORM/xAPI) into seamless, trackable learning paths.
• Collaborate with ID teams to wireframe, prototype, and iterate on learning journeys based on feedback and learner analytics.
• Optimize content for load speed, accessibility (WCAG 2.1), and cross-device compatibility across desktop, tablet, and mobile.
• Support QA and LMS testing cycles; troubleshoot bugs, fix navigation issues, and ensure 100% compliance with client delivery standards.
