Job summary

Flexy Managers is seeking an experienced E-commerce Specialist to manage and grow the company’s online business across D2C, marketplaces, and Quick Commerce channels. You will handle end-to-end online sales, product listings, inventory, pricing, promotions and customer experience.

The role requires 3–5 years in e-commerce or marketplace management with strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets. Prior FMCG, D2C or consumer goods experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years hands-on experience in E-commerce / Marketplace Management.
• Experience managing platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra and/or Quick Commerce platforms.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Specialist to manage and grow the company's online business across D2C, marketplaces and Quick Commerce channels.

The role will involve end-to-end management of online sales, product listings, inventory, pricing, promotions, marketplace relationships and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage e-commerce channels including Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Quick Commerce and the company website.
• Drive online sales, revenue growth and achievement of business targets.
• Manage product listings, catalogue, pricing, promotions and SKU availability.
• Monitor inventory and ensure timely replenishment across online channels.
• Analyse sales, marketplace and customer data to identify trends and growth opportunities.
• Coordinate with marketplace/quick-commerce account managers and other external partners.
• Monitor customer reviews, ratings, feedback and identify opportunities to improve conversion and retention.
• Work closely with Marketing, Development, Operations and Customer Service teams on online campaigns and initiatives.
• Prepare regular performance reports and provide data-driven recommendations.

Candidate Profile

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in E-commerce / Marketplace Management.
• Experience managing platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra and/or Quick Commerce platforms.
• Strong understanding of online sales, GMV/revenue, product listings, pricing, inventory and promotions.
• Experience in managing marketplace relationships and driving business growth.
• Strong analytical skills with good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and marketplace dashboards.
• Candidates from FMCG, Food & Beverage, D2C, Consumer Products, Lifestyle or similar businesses would be relevant.
