Job summary

Navneet Education Limited is seeking an E-commerce Executive with 3–5 years of experience in online sales and marketplace operations. You will manage Amazon, Flipkart and other major platforms, oversee day-to-day marketplace activities and resolve operational issues to drive growth.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in online sales and marketplace operations.
• Experience managing Amazon, Flipkart and other major e-commerce platforms.
• Strong Advanced Excel and analytical skills; marketplace dashboard experience.
• Exposure to FMCG/consumer goods, stationery or retail is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day marketplace operations and resolve operational issues.
• Handle product catalogue management, content, images, pricing and category mapping.
• Improve product visibility, search ranking and discoverability.
• Plan and execute marketplace campaigns, promotions, deals and seasonal events.
• Monitor GMV, revenue, units, ASP, conversion, traffic, AOV, returns and profitability.
• Analyse sales performance across SKUs, categories, brands, marketplaces and campaigns.
• Coordinate with marketplace teams, marketing, supply chain, warehouse, logistics, finance and customer service.
• Monitor inventory, stock-outs, excess stock and replenishment across platforms.
• Manage pricing, discounts, orders, cancellations, returns and payments.
• Prepare MIS, dashboards, sales reports and management performance reviews.
• Track competitor pricing, assortment, promotions and visibility to identify growth opportunities.
