Job summary

Vivaldis is seeking an experienced E-commerce Marketplace Manager to optimize listings and drive sales on Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, and other platforms.

You will lead pricing, promotions, and campaigns while monitoring key metrics and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in e-commerce/marketplace management.
• Hands-on experience with Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto.
• Strong knowledge of listing, marketplace operations, sales and analytics.
• Proficient in MS Excel and data analysis.

Responsibilities

Role & responsibilities

• Manage and optimize product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, and other marketplaces.
• Drive marketplace sales, revenue, and product visibility.
• Manage pricing, promotions, offers, and marketplace campaigns.
• Monitor sales, traffic, conversion, ROAS, and other key e-commerce KPIs.
• Coordinate with inventory, logistics, marketing, and customer service teams.
• Manage customer reviews, ratings, returns, and marketplace-related issues.
• Prepare regular marketplace performance reports and conduct competitor analysis.
• Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and guidelines.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Marketing/E-Commerce will be preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in E-Commerce / Marketplace Management.
• Hands‑on experience with Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, or similar platforms.
• Strong knowledge of product listing, marketplace operations, sales, promotions, and analytics.
• Good command of MS Excel and data analysis.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
