Job summary

Auto Connections is seeking a hands-on e-commerce marketplace specialist in Delhi. You will own marketplace accounts, optimize product catalog, and drive performance across platforms including Amazon and Flipkart.

You will coordinate with warehouse, marketing, and sales teams, focusing on profitability, SEO, and customer experience. Automotive aftermarket familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• Hands-on operator who can treat e-commerce as a business, not just listings.
• 3-7 years of practical e-commerce/marketplace experience.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets capability and large product catalogs.

Responsibilities

• Manage marketplace accounts across Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, IndiaMART and other platforms.
• Handle product catalog, listings, attributes, images, videos and keywords.
• Profile brands/stores and products across platforms.
• Upload website/D2C content, manage collections, pricing, offers and content.
• Coordinate inventory and orders with warehouse/ops teams.
• Run marketplace advertising, campaigns and performance optimization.
• Improve SEO and product discoverability within marketplaces.
• Manage reviews, ratings, questions, returns and issues.
• Conduct weekly/monthly sales, advertising, returns and profitability reporting.

Role & responsibilities

• Marketplace account management across Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, IndiaMART and other relevant platforms.
• Product catalog, listings, attributes, specifications, images, videos, keywords and vehicle-compatibility information.
• Brand/store profiles and product profiling across e-commerce platforms.
• Website/D2C product uploads, collections, merchandising, pricing, offers and content.
• Inventory and order coordination with warehouse and operations teams.
• Marketplace advertising, promotions, campaigns and performance optimization.
• Marketplace SEO and product discoverability.
• Reviews, ratings, customer questions, complaints, returns and recurring product issues.
• Competitor research covering pricing, products, reviews, positioning and promotions.
• Weekly and monthly business reporting, including sales, conversion, advertising, returns and profitability.

Preferred candidate profile

We are looking for a hands-on operator who can manage e-commerce as a business, not simply maintain listings.

• 3-7 years of practical e-commerce/marketplace experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central; Flipkart Seller Hub and other marketplaces are an advantage.
• Experience with Shopify/WooCommerce or another D2C platform.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and comfort working with large product catalogs.
• Understanding of marketplace SEO, product listing optimization, advertising and analytics.
• Ability to coordinate with warehouse, accounts, marketing, creative, sales and product teams.
• Automotive/auto aftermarket experience is a strong advantage.
• Commercial mindset with clear understanding of sales, margins, advertising cost and profitability.
