CARRYLUXE GLOBLE PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking an experienced E-commerce operations professional to manage product listings, pricing, and inventory across marketplaces. You will coordinate with Amazon, Flipkart and other platforms, handle orders, returns, and reports, and drive online sales growth with cross-functional teams.

The role requires strong communication, coordination, and analytical skills, with a proactive approach to day-to-day e-commerce activities.

Qualifications

• 23 years of experience in E-commerce operations.
• Knowledge of online marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, and other e-commerce platforms.
• Good communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
• Responsible, proactive, and able to manage day-to-day e-commerce activities independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage and update products on e-commerce platforms.
• Handle product listings, descriptions, pricing, and inventory.
• Manage orders, cancellations, returns, and refunds.
• Coordinate with marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, and other online platforms.
• Monitor sales, stock levels, and product performance.
• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and delivery.
• Resolve customer and marketplace-related issues.
• Ensure product listings and information are accurate and up to date.
• Support online sales growth and promotional activities.
