Job summary

Visko Hr in Indore is seeking an experienced E-commerce Marketplace specialist to drive day-to-day operations and optimize product listings across major platforms. You will manage marketplace accounts, track sales, and coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure inventory availability and timely fulfillment.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in E-commerce, experience in textile/retail, strong Excel skills, and the ability to join immediately.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing e-commerce marketplaces and product listings.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with marketplace optimization focus.
• Proficient in Excel and data-driven sales analysis.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day E-Commerce & Marketplace operations.
• Handle product listings, catalog management, pricing and content optimization.
• Oversee Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra and Meesho accounts.
• Monitor orders, dispatches, returns, cancellations and refunds.
• Coordinate with warehouse/production for inventory and shipping.
• Track sales, revenue, orders and marketplace performance.
• Plan offers, promotions and marketplace campaigns.
• Analyze competitors, pricing and market trends.
• Handle customer reviews, ratings and queries and prepare MIS reports.
• Collaborate with marketplace support teams and drive online sales.

Role & responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day E-Commerce & Marketplace operations
• Product listing, catalog management, pricing & content optimization
• Manage Amazon / Flipkart / Myntra / Meesho accounts
• Monitor orders, dispatches, returns, cancellations & refunds
• Manage online inventory and coordinate with warehouse/production teams
• Track sales, revenue, orders and marketplace performance
• Manage offers, promotions and marketplace campaigns
• Analyze competitors, pricing and market trends
• Handle customer reviews, ratings and marketplace queries
• Prepare MIS, sales and performance reports
• Coordinate with marketplace support teams
• Drive online sales and improve marketplace performance

Preferred candidate profile

• 2 years of relevant E-Commerce experience
• Experience in Textile / Fashion / Apparel / Retail / D2C preferred
• Strong knowledge of marketplace operations
• Good analytical and communication skills
• Strong working knowledge of MS Excel
• Immediate joiners / short-notice candidates preferred
