Job summary

Market99 is seeking an operations leader to manage end-to-end order fulfillment, logistics, inventory and vendor coordination from the Okhla Phase 1 location. You will drive SOPs, processes, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure a seamless customer experience.

The role requires strong team leadership, deep understanding of e-commerce models, and the ability to scale operations while controlling costs and improving metrics.

• Experience handling both B2C and B2B operations.

Responsibilities
