Job summary

Anantam Hr Surat seeks an experienced E-commerce Operations Manager to lead end-to-end D2C operations across procurement, supply chain, inventory, warehouse, and logistics in Bengaluru. You will coordinate vendors and 3PL partners to ensure smooth order fulfillment and cost optimization.

You will drive Shopify/e-commerce operations, inventory planning, SOPs, MIS, and process automation to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction in a fast-growing consumer brand environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in E-commerce Operations/ SCM in D2C, FMCG, Consumer Brands, Health & Wellness or E-commerce companies.
• Experience with 3PL, warehouse, inventory management and Shopify/OMS/WMS exposure.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain in a consumer-driven business.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end D2C operations covering procurement, supply chain, inventory, warehouse, order fulfillment, logistics, 3PL and vendors.
