You will manage product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio and other platforms; coordinate with warehouse and logistics; optimize listings; drive promotions and analyze sales to improve performance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in e-commerce marketplaces.
• Experience with Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub.
• Strong product listing and catalog management skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and handle product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, and other online platforms.
• Upload and update product details, images, pricing, and descriptions.
• Optimize product listings for better visibility and sales performance.
• Monitor marketplace performance and daily sales activities.
• Handle order processing, returns, refunds, and customer queries.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for smooth dispatch operations.
• Maintain inventory updates and stock management across all platforms.
• Plan and execute online promotions, campaigns, and discount offers.
• Analyze sales reports, performance metrics, and marketplace insights.
• Coordinate with marketing and design teams for branding and promotional activities.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day e-commerce operations and account management.
