Job Description

Madneel Ventures Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a hands-on E-commerce Marketplace Executive to manage the day-to-day operations and sales of our fashion brands Madneel Women and Madneel Kids across leading online marketplaces.

The candidate should have practical experience working on e-commerce seller panels and should be comfortable handling product listings, inventory, orders, pricing, promotions and marketplace reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage seller panels for Amazon, Flipkart and other marketplaces
• Support onboarding and management of Myntra, AJIO and FirstCry
• Create and update product listings
• Manage SKUs, sizes, colours, product attributes and inventory
• Upload product images, descriptions and size charts
• Update pricing, discounts and promotional offers
• Monitor daily orders, cancellations and returns
• Coordinate with warehouse/packing team for order fulfilment
• Maintain inventory across marketplaces
• Identify low-stock and fast-selling SKUs
• Monitor account health and resolve listing/account issues
• Raise marketplace support tickets and follow up until resolution
• Participate in marketplace sales and promotional events
• Assist with Amazon and Flipkart advertising campaigns
• Track daily and weekly sales performance
• Prepare Excel reports for sales, inventory, returns and marketplace performance
• Monitor competitor pricing and marketplace trends
• Help launch new Madneel collections and products online

Candidate Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce marketplace operations
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and/or Flipkart Seller Hub
• Fashion/apparel experience preferred
• Knowledge of Myntra, AJIO or FirstCry will be an advantage
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
• Understanding of SKU and inventory management
• Understanding of marketplace orders, returns and settlements
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-growing company
• Must be willing to work from office

Salary

20,000–25,000 per month

Performance incentives can be offered based on marketplace sales growth and achievement of agreed targets.

Growth Opportunity

The selected candidate will initially join as E-commerce Marketplace Executive and can grow into Senior E-commerce Executive / Marketplace Manager based on performance and growth of the Madneel brands.
