Qualifications

• 15–18 years of experience in E-Commerce / Digital Business.
• Mandatory experience in Retail Pharmacy / Online Pharmacy / Healthcare E-Commerce.
• Strong understanding of OTC and healthcare product categories.
• Proven track record of scaling online sales and digital revenue.
• Experience managing websites/apps, marketplaces and digital customer journeys.
• Strong analytical, commercial, leadership and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Head with strong experience in the retail pharmacy / online pharmacy / healthcare e-commerce sector to lead and scale the company’s digital business.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall E-Commerce and Digital Business strategy.
• Drive revenue growth through website, mobile app, marketplaces and online pharmacy channels.
• Manage online pharmacy operations, product assortment, pricing, promotions and inventory.
• Drive customer acquisition, conversion, retention and repeat purchases.
• Manage platforms such as marketplaces, quick-commerce and digital healthcare channels.
• Develop and manage performance marketing, SEO, SEM, social media and digital campaigns.
• Track key metrics including GMV, revenue, conversion rate, CAC, ROAS, AOV and customer retention.
• Work closely with technology, marketing, pharmacy operations, supply chain and category teams.
• Identify new digital channels and opportunities to expand the online retail pharmacy business.
• Lead the e-commerce team and manage external technology/marketing partners.

Candidate Requirements
