Job summary

ANRGI TECH Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a senior professional to lead marketplace growth and digital commerce initiatives in India. You will drive revenue, optimize operations, and shape channel strategies across multiple marketplaces and categories.

The role requires extensive experience in e-commerce growth, strong analytical skills, and knowledge of advertising platforms and catalog management. Startup experience is preferred and a background in related industries is a plus.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in E-Commerce, Marketplace Growth, or Digital Commerce.
• Proven experience managing multiple marketplaces and categories end-to-end.
• Strong knowledge of marketplace algorithms, advertising platforms, and catalog management.
• Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.
• Startup experience preferred.
• Candidates from Healthcare, Medical Devices, Wellness, Electronics, or Consumer Products industries will be an advantage.
