Job summary

Midaas Communications is seeking an experienced E-Commerce Manager to drive growth across multiple online marketplaces, including health, wellness, pharmacy, and quick-commerce platforms. The candidate will manage listings, pricing, promotions, and catalogues while optimizing PPC campaigns and tracking ROAS/ACOS.

The role requires strong data analysis, Excel/Sheets skills, and excellent communication to coordinate with logistics and support teams.

Qualifications

• Experience managing multiple e-commerce marketplaces across health & wellness sectors.
• Strong understanding of SEO, keyword research, and catalogue management.
• Hands-on experience with PPC, Sponsored Ads, and campaign optimization.
• Proven ability to analyze sales data, ROAS, and marketplace performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow sales across multiple e-commerce and marketplace channels.
• Identify and onboard new health, pharmacy, wellness, and quick-commerce platforms.
• Manage product listings, pricing, inventory, promotions, and catalogues.
• Handle e-commerce SEO, keyword optimisation, PPC, Sponsored Ads, and campaign performance.
• Analyse sales, traffic, conversion, ROAS/ACOS, and marketplace performance.
• Coordinate with logistics, customer support, and marketplace teams to resolve operational issues.
• Manage budgets, sales forecasting, reporting, and overall e-commerce growth.
• Independent management/onboarding of multiple channels beyond Amazon and Flipkart, including health & wellness platforms.

Experience beyond Amazon and Flipkart is highly preferred, particularly withhealth, wellness, pharmacy, and quick-commerce marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow sales across multiple E-Commerce and marketplace channels.
• Identify and onboard newhealth, pharmacy, wellness, and quick-commerce platforms.
• Manage product listings, pricing, inventory, promotions, and catalogues.
• HandleE-Commerce SEO, keyword optimisation, PPC, Sponsored Ads, and campaign performance.
• Analyse sales, traffic, conversion, ROAS/ACOS, and marketplace performance.
• Coordinate with logistics, customer support, and marketplace teams to resolve operational issues.
• Manage budgets, sales forecasting, reporting, and overall E-Commerce growth.

Key Marketplace Responsibilities

The candidate should be capable of independently managing and/or onboarding multiple channels beyond Amazon and Flipkart, including relevanthealth & wellness, pharmacy, grocery, and quick-commerce platforms.

Experience with platforms such asTata 1mg, PharmEasy, Netmeds, Apollo 24|7, Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, Zepto, Myntra,or similar platforms will be an added advantage.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge ofE-Commerce marketplaces, onboarding, and seller account management.
