Job summary

You will coordinate with logistics, handle order processing, returns and tracking updates, and assist in online promotions. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, 1–2 years in e-commerce operations, and strong Excel and communication skills for a fast-paced fashion environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce operations preferred.
• Basic knowledge of platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Shopify, etc.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer operations.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities
