Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce operations, order fulfilment, marketplace operations, or retail operations.
• Experience in inventory management and process optimization will be an advantage.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms or marketplace seller portals is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced MS Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis, and reporting.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete order lifecycle, including processing, fulfilment, shipping, returns, exchanges, and refunds.
• Coordinate with marketplaces, logistics partners, warehouses, customer service, and finance teams.
• Monitor operational KPIs and analyse order data to identify trends and improve efficiency.
• Ensure optimal inventory availability across online marketplaces.
• Handle order escalations, delivery issues, return discrepancies, and customer concerns within defined SLAs.
• Implement and maintain SOPs in line with internal processes and marketplace guidelines.
• Drive continuous process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare operational reports and performance dashboards using Excel and other reporting tools.
