Job summary

3r Infotech is seeking a Dynatrace Technical SME to own customer engagements from discovery to delivery in Gurugram. The role combines hands-on technical work with growth into technical ownership beyond traditional monitoring, including presales and solutioning.

You will design and deploy Dynatrace solutions, implement comprehensive monitoring use cases, troubleshoot performance issues, and support architecture, proposals and PoCs.

• Implement APM, infrastructure, application, log and end-user monitoring use cases.
• Troubleshoot performance issues and support Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Conduct customer discovery, technical workshops, demos and PoCs.
• Support solution architecture, proposals, effort estimation and technical presales.
