Job summary

Tekskills Inc. seeks a Dynatrace Specialist to implement and administer Dynatrace across enterprise apps and infrastructure. You will design dashboards, alert rules, synthetic monitoring, and RUM to ensure performance visibility.

You will collaborate with DevOps, Cloud, and Infra teams to monitor AWS/Azure/GCP environments and drive RCA during incidents. The role requires hands-on Dynatrace experience, Linux proficiency, and scripting skills (Bash/Python/PowerShell) for automation and CI/CD

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in Dynatrace is mandatory.
• Experience with Linux and Cloud Platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is required.

Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and administer Dynatrace across enterprise applications and infrastructure.
• Design and maintain custom dashboards, alerts, synthetic monitoring, and Real User Monitoring (RUM).
• Monitor application performance and infrastructure health using Dynatrace.
• Perform performance analysis, troubleshooting, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Work closely with DevOps, Application, Cloud, and Infrastructure teams.
• Monitor cloud-native applications running on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Configure custom monitoring, integrations, and automation.
• Develop scripts using Bash, Python, or PowerShell for automation tasks.
• Integrate Dynatrace with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps processes.
• Monitor Java, .NET, Node.js applications, APIs, and Microservices.
• Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions and promote Dynatrace best practices.
• Participate in production support and critical incident management.
