Tech Mahindra in Hyderabad seeks a senior Dynatrace observability specialist to lead adoption and continuous improvement across applications. You will configure OneAgent, RUM, synthetic checks, logs, metrics, traces, and Smartscape; leverage Davis AI for alert correlation and noise reduction; collaborate with SRE, cloud, and infra teams to raise observability maturity.

With 7+ years in Dynatrace, certification is required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead adoption and continuous improvement of Dynatrace observability across applications.
• Configure OneAgent, RUM, synthetic checks, logs, metrics, traces, and Smartscape.
• Embed observability into SLO-based alerting, health dashboards, anomaly detection, telemetry-led triage, and rapid RCAs.
• Leverage Dynatrace Davis AI for alert correlation, risk identification, and noise reduction.
• Support OpenTelemetry integrations and future Dynatrace capabilities with AWS CloudWatch.
• Own monitoring configuration, tuning, alerting strategy, dashboards, reporting, and operations.
• Collaborate with application, SRE, infra, cloud, and support teams to uphold monitoring standards.

1. Lead the adoption and continuous improvement of Dynatrace enterprise observability capabilities across supported applications. Enable shift-left and predictive operations using telemetry-driven insights.
2. Deploy, configure, and optimize Dynatrace OneAgent, Real User Monitoring, synthetic checks, logs, metrics, traces, and Smartscape topology for full-stack visibility.
3. Embed observability into day-to-day support processes, including SLO-based alerting, health dashboards, anomaly detection, telemetry-led triage, and rapid root cause analysis.
4. Leverage Dynatrace Davis AI for alert correlation, risk identification, event noise reduction, improved availability, enhanced user experience, and faster MTTR.
5. Support future OpenTelemetry to Dynatrace integrations, including SaaS-based OTel adoption as capabilities become available.
6. Own monitoring configuration, tuning, optimization, alerting strategy, dashboard development, reporting, and ongoing operational support.
7. Work closely with application teams, SRE, infrastructure, cloud, and support teams to ensure monitoring standards are implemented consistently and support business/service reliability goals.
8. Identify monitoring gaps, recommend enhancements, improve observability maturity, and drive proactive operational practices.

Experience

7+ years of experience working specifically on Dynatrace only / primarily Dynatrace-focused observability implementations

Certification

Dynatrace certification required

Core Skills

Strong expertise in Dynatrace platform administration, implementation, onboarding applications, alerting, dashboarding, and observability optimization

Monitoring Capabilities

Hands-on experience with OneAgent, RUM, synthetic monitoring, distributed tracing, log monitoring, custom metrics, topology mapping, and Smartscape

AIOps

Strong experience using Davis AI for actionable insight generation, event correlation, and noise reduction

Cloud / Integration

Experience with AWS CloudWatch, OpenTelemetry concepts, and hybrid observability ecosystems

Operations Support

Ability to embed monitoring into operational workflows, incident support, root cause analysis, and service reliability practices

Communication

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; able to translate technical telemetry into actionable operational insights
