Job summary

Haier Appliances in India seeks a Dy.Manager - Electrical Maintenance (CR Division) to lead the preventive and predictive maintenance program across manufacturing lines.

The role focuses on downtime reduction, breakdown control, RCA for significant downtime, and continuous improvement. You will supervise the maintenance team, manage spares, safety, 6S, and asset reliability in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Electricals/Electronics.
• 8 to 13 years of experience in maintenance.
• Knowledge about VFD, Amplifier, PLC, robots and I/O.
• Candidate should be handling the Team.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Preventive & Predictive Maintenance.
• Responsible for Breakdown Maintenance & Troubleshooting.
• Responsible for Downtime Reduction & Breakdown Control.
• Conduct RCA for every breakdown exceeding 20 minutes and Corrective Action.
• Identify and implement Kaizen, machine modifications, upgrades and improvement projects related to 4M.
• Responsible for Spare Parts & Resource Management.
• Allocate Maintenance Team & Resource as per requirement.
• Ensure Safety, Health & Environment.
• Ensure accurate and updated Maintenance Records & Documentation.
• Ensure that temporary repairs or bypass arrangements are properly identified and make permanent Corrective Action.
• Responsible for 6S & Workplace Management.
• Monitor and handle Equipment Reliability & Asset Management.
• Responsible for Daily Maintenance Control & Shift Management.
• Responsible for Production Coordination.
• Escalation & Decision-Making.
• Responsible for Continuous Improvement & Cost Optimization.
• Responsible for handling Engineering Store, Stock and spares management
• Responsible to Setting and maintain VFD, Amplifier., PLC, robots and I/O
