Job summary

Raychem RPG Pvt. Ltd. in Pune requires a BE Electrical engineer with 4–5 years of experience to manage asset lists, PM schedules, checklists and data records. The role involves daily work planning, kaizen drives, safety attendances, and RCA closures for breakdowns.

Responsibilities include spares planning, PR raising in Oracle, and ensuring compliance with legal, audit, PPAP and IATF standards. You will handle utility and machine maintenance and supervise technicians across three shifts.

Qualifications

• BE Electrical required with 4-5 years of experience.
• Strong communication and computer skills are essential.
• Experience in asset management, planning, and maintenance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare asset list, PM schedule, PM checklists and record data.
• Plan daily work and ensure completion of tasks.
• Drive kaizens and record results.
• AttendUnsafe Conditions and breakdowns; close with RCA.
• Plan spares and update stock; raise PR in Oracle and track to receipt.
• Support documentation for legal, audit, PPAP and IATF compliance.
• Maintain utilities (DG, AHU, AC, compressors) and machines (Ovens, CNCs, presses).
• Hands-on experience with PLC, HMI, VVFD, SCADA, CNC controllers.
• Work in 3 shifts and guide technicians in the shift.

Role & responsibilities :

• Attend Unsafe Conditions
• Attend breakdowns & close with RCA.
• Spares planning & stock updates
• Attend JH tags, close & record
• Conducting Tool box talk, Permits raising & monitoring for safe working
• Item creation, Raising PR in Oracle & tracking the same till receipt of materials.
• Support for Documentations related with legal compliance, Audit compliance, PPAP, IATF compliance, mold & dies related activities.
• Utility Maintenance - DG, Air compressor, AHU, AC units etc.
• Machine maintenance- Vacuum Ovens, Electrical ovens, CRT plant, VPI plant, CNC machines, Hydraulic & Pneumatic Press machine, EOT cranes etc.
• Hands one experience on PLC, HMI, VVFD, SCADA, CNC controller
• Utility maintenance Operations of GOD, VCB, RMU etc. Working on transformers and DG set maintenance.
• Capable to work in 3 shifts & handling & guiding technicians in his shift.
• Good in computer skills & communication skills.
